Buyer received lost item

I recently started a conversation which was answered to my complete satisfaction.  That was referring me selling domething that got lost, and ebay trying to charge me.

Anyhow. The lost item suddenly got delivered. However, the buyer received a full refund from eBay,  plus now has the item. I have seen delivery proof, and he has admitted he has received it. However, he says he has no intention of returning the item, or paying back the refund to eBay.

What can I do, as that is wrong.

Sorry, there's nothing you can do if the buyer is not honest unless you want to use Money Claim Online (if the value makes that worthwhile).

As you got the refund reversed and are not out of pocket, the fact that the buyer now has the item is Ebay's problem not yours.
