Hi, I bought a book last year in November 2024. The delivery kept getting changed, which was very annoying but I kept waiting. I paid £7 something for this book so it kept slipping my mind but then I genuinely wanted to read this book. I STILL haven’t heard off the seller & I don’t know how to get in touch with eBay for my money back guarantee. Does anybody know how I can get in touch with eBay please? As my item isn’t on for me to select this certain item, but I have emails to show I have ordered.

You will only be able to get your money back via ebay within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. I'm guessing that's long gone so try your payment provider.

You have only 30 days from expected delivery date given on the eBay order confirmation to open an 'Item not received' case >
https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
Now out of time ___ contact your Bank/Card provider for advice re :- Chargeback.

There is a link to eBay's money back guarantee in every listing. Next time don't let it slip your mind to use it as the time limit to claim is only 30 days (from the latest estimated delivery date).
If you paid by or funded the purhase from a credit or debit card you can contact your card issuer to see whether they can still help.
