Item lost in post gave a refund now item has arrived how do I get money my money back

Item I thought was lost in post after two weeks gave buyer a refund now item has been delivered. How do I get my money back from buyer.

All you can do is hope the buyer is honest and ask them to pay again.   As they have the item they can do that using Paypal or bank transfer, however you both decide.   But if they refuse I'm afraid there is no way of pursuing that on ebay.

Hi thanks for reply. I did speak to someone at ebay and they basically said the same thing, its not fair as a seller you have hardly any rights. She said I should of waited until the buyer put in a claim for item not received.
I did wait nearly two weeks and thought I was doing the right thing by giving a refund, you live and learn.
