And E bays response is " it says it's delivered" and no help. The sender claims it is my problem . Also Evries response has been "take it up with the sender." Can you advise me as to where the buck stops please ?
Or once again ( it's always Evrie people delivering to wrong addresses) do I have no redress other than to lose the money again . ( it was £125 I lost when they (Evrie) missdelivered the item or lost it somewhere on route)
When I buy I try to stippulate that senders do not use Evrie but not all so-operate.
Or is it a "new" E bay rule I did not know about" . Not a happy Bunny !
