I need help. The seller (located in Czech) and I (located in the USA) have been in contact over an item but have never used eBay before, so I have a couple questions.
1) can someone from Czech ship to the USA through eBay?
2) do they need to apply or get approved for international shipping?
3) if yes to question 2, how do we do that?
4) if shipping from Czech to the USA isn’t possible through eBay can someone give me better options?
