Has anyone else had a major issue with inpost?
On 12th January 2025 I purchased a pair of expensive earbuds on eBay which the seller sent via inpost.
On 16th Jan inpost sent me a message that it was out for delivery it didn't arrive. Same message on 17th ans 20th Jan still no parcel. on 20th Jan a message said that delivery was attempted. It wasn't. On 21st and 22nd Jan is was still being delivered. Late on 22nd Jan a message said that the parcel was back with the sender. It wasn't. Finally on 24th Jan it was out for delivery and apparently, I refused to accept it. Needless to say, no delivery was attempted.
I wasted 5 days waiting in for this item (not the seller's fault) inpost are now saying that they couldn't deliver because the address was incomplete. Beats me how I wasn't in and they left a card one day and, refused the delivery on another if they didn't know where to deliver it.
If you are a seller I would avoid this company like the plague as you will end up with adverse feedback and damage to your reputation as a seller.
