As anyone else had issues with seller not delivering the goods you have paid for?. Have been waiting for 2 deliveries from September 2024 always promised to deliver usual excuses family,personal etc.Now not responding to any form of contact.But as took my money.Need this site removed or blocked on eBay to stop any other people suffering my experience.

You are not allowed to 'name and shame' in here so the seller's name will probably be removed.

Ebay have a 30 day Money Back Guarantee,

If you open a case, and let Ebay know you have not received your item, they guarantee a full refund unless the seller has tracking proving delivery.

It is polite to message a seller once and say your item has not arrived, but, having done that, you have to open a case.

Thank you I have messaged numerous times and promises made never happened and the time frame to get eBay to act lasped unfortunately lessons learned but still out of pocket.
