Hi, Can anyone help please. I sent a message to an ebay seller and he has asked me to send a photo.
I used to be able to attach photos to a message easily on Windows 10 (I just dragged them) but now I have upgraded to Windows 11. When I click onto the icon to the left of the box in which I would type the message a page pops up showing my photos but I don`t know how to get the image to attach to my message. At the bottom of the page that pops up showing my images there is a long box titled FILE NAME and another which says IMAGE FILES and under that OPEN or CANCEL. I have tried clicking on the photo I want; which then shows the identification details in the box titled FILE NAME, then clicking the OPEN button but all that happens is I get an information bar just above the message box saying that I can include up to 5 photos but they can`t be over 9MB. (the photo I am trying to include is 2.4MB).
It must be easy enough to do but I am not getting anywhere with it. Can anyone help please. Thank you.

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried copy and paste but it still didn`t work. I have now actually sorted out what I was doing wrong: I needed to change the format of the photos from the usual rectangular shape to a square. As soon as I did that it worked. Thanks for trying to help me solve the problem, I really appreciate your taking the time, and best wishes.

I do not know how your system works, but can you use copy and paste?
