ITEM SOLD TWICE & NO WAY TO INFORM eBAY

I sold an item, posted it using eVRI and got paid. All managed and confirmed by eBay. A few days later a second person 'bought' the same item and, several days later, emailed me when it didn't arrive. There was no contact from eBay concerning this second purchase. I want to know what went wrong?

PS: I cancelled the second buyer's order so hopefully they'll be refunded.

You listed as more than 10 available meaning more than 10 lots of 120approx maps which is why a second buyer was able to purchase.

You have now ended the listing-good

The second buyers refund should be automatic with the cancellation.

You sold two of your maps, they're on a multi quantity listing showing that you have more than 10 available, but you've ended that listing now.

If you've now cancelled the order, it will initiate a refund back to the buyer.
