If you rely on that site without reading the reviews you would be badly mislead.
Just how many buyers opened cases and followed the proper procedure?

Hi , I have looked at a sample and it appears most eBay users are disgruntled for whatever reason and it surrounds eBay process and customer service . This does not bode well for the business of any company regardless of the reason.
There needs to be goodwill for any company to flourish .
My personal experience is that the concierge are first class , but eBay’s policy making is dreadful , resulting in massively increasing fees if you want to achieve any sales .
I would personally be interested in feedback from anchor shop sellers as they are more likely to know the intricacies of the platform and would welcome further views.
thankyou

If you want a discussion, you should post this on the selling board - there is a business seller section there.
'Member to member' is for you to ask questions of mentors rather than starting a discussion topic.

The last time I looked most bad reviews were from people who did not use the money back guarantee properly. They should really have been reviewing the seller, not ebay.

I don't trust these type of sites.
People are more likely to give a bad review than go there and say no issues.
