I received a counterfit item

Hi I purchased a sofa from someone and when it arrived it was not what was photographed it was listed as a swoon item but wasn’t 

I had my money lucky lily it was £1400.  The seller has it relisted and who ever buys it is blatently goingbto be conned.   When I report it. It’s not accepting my complaint.  Some one beep before another person gets conned

According to the neg you left you failed to get a refund - why not open a not as described case?

Unfortunately if the seller saks eBay will remove your feedback.

I assume you did not pay for return costs and costs to seller will mount up if he continues to   mis describe.

If you did pay to return then you never read the money back guarantee.

You have left negative feedback as a warning to others.

The seller has a 30 day returns policy so buyers can return their items and, as the seller allows collection, they can examine the goods before handing over the collection code to release funds.

Generally their feedback is good and Ebay does not remove listings based on the word of one unhappy buyer.
