I am having a break.

Reluctantly for the time being have decided to stop using eBay I will wait and see what is happening after the 15th.

Have even cancelled 6 lots I had listed for sale so that I will have a clean slate end of April

Always found it so easy to list and sell stamps from my own collection, easily posted to the buyer by Royal Mail in a normal envelope using my own stamps, also can you believe it was able to combine the postage if buyer bought more than one lot. Perfect did this for years with no problems so why has eBay changed the rules?

Again asking does anybody know WHY?  what are they up to?, in my opinion certainly not for the customers it's now more complicated to use plus buying and selling much more expensive when these changes hit us.

About 80% of your recent sales seem to be for under £10.

Even when Simple Delivery become mandatory, items that sell for under £10 and weigh under 100g will be exempt.  You would still be able to send a lot of your items as letters, using your own stamps if you choose to.

Thanks for advise jckl1957,

Think I will stay on the side line for now they may think of something else to change before the 15th?

You seem to be a lot better informed (Experienced Mentor) than me.

Is there any chance that you have been told WHY and reasons for making all these changes.

When next time you speak to someone tell them to please stop telling us the changes will only make it better and not more expensive for us to use eBay.  We do not believe them?

Mentors are just sellers and buyers like yourself who volunteer to help other members with Ebay questions.

I don't know why they have made all the changes and, unfortunately, don't have access to anybody who would listen to complaints about what is going on.

Hi jckI1957,

Sorry about that I promoted you hoping you might know what's going on with all these changes eBay is making and not telling their customers the reason WHY! doing so.

You never know it might come out one day??
