eBay owes me nearly sixty quid. I have posted the books, but not availed myself of the postage I wrongly chose from eBay. I paid at the post office instead. Because of this my payment seems to be permanently pending...
NOW...if eBay are inaccessible because the automated AI etc disallows communication of the problem then I suppose I just won't get paid, BUT BY THE SAME TOKEN, OTHER STUFF THAT I COULD SELL ON EBAY TO THE BENEFIT OF EBAY AND MYSELF (THIS IS CALLED DOING BUSINESS!!!) IS NO LONGER GOING TO GET DONE.
QUESTION FOR EBAY: DO YOU WANT TO DO FURTHER BUSINESS BECAUSE IF YOU DO, YOU MUST REALISE THERE ARE LIMITS TO AI. HOW ON EARTH CAN PROBLEMS BE SOLVED IF I AM COMPLETELY DIVERTED TO A MAZE OF SCREENS AND OPTIONS THAT CANNOT DISCERN THE CURRENT PROBLEM...
