I Sold the Item on 27th November. I sent by EVri.

The buyer has been waiting for his parcel from Evri since November 27. According to Evri, the last update stated: 

- **Wed, Nov 27, 2:24 AM** - Tracking number provided 

- **Fri, Nov 29, 10:11 AM** - Due to be delivered today 

 

However, no action has been taken since then. Could you please address this issue and provide guidance on how it can be resolved?

I Sold the Item on 27th November. I sent by EVri.

We are members like yourself so can only advise the steps you need to take now.

 

If 30 days have passed the item's last estimated date for delivery they are too late to open any case in eBay but can turn to their payment provider for help with their refund.

 

If they do and you refund, afterwards,  you need to try and claim for lost parcel with Evri.  Sorry I do not use that courier so you'd need to google Evri to see how you need to claim.
