Just finished 3 months of the whole debacle of being charged an extra 6% fees on every sale for being below seller standard. Which ended on the 20th of December and am now Top Rated again.
My question is, when should the extra 6% fee/fine for being below stop?
Should it be on your evaluation day of the 20th or 1st of the following month?
After a sale today (1st of Jan) Im still being charged at below seller standard level even tho I reverted back to Top Rated from the 20th Dec?
Am I missing something before I chase this down?
