How much does it take for a seller to be banned?

This seller is clearly a scammer and has HUNDREDS of negs on their feedback,  yet they are still trading?

How long can a scammer keep going on for?  This is the worst example I've seen and there appears to be no proper reporting mechanisms.?

With that much negative feedback, ebay will probably suspend seller soon.

Any buyer looking at feedback will no doubt find a better seller.

I think something has happened to that seller. 

Feedback was fine up until the past month and then lots of negatives all saying item not received and seller not responsive.

As you said on your feedback, they may even be dead.☹️
