How long to receive the £15 coupon

EBay offered me a £15 coupon to sell an item. I completed the sale a couple of weeks ago and eBay emailed me a week ago to say I would receive my coupon soon but it hasn’t arrived. There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact eBay about this. How long does the coupon usually take to arrive? “Soon” to me means 48hrs or so. But is it normal to wait more than a week?
