I revised a listing (lowered the buy it now or make an offer prices) and got a pop-up suggesting I make an offer at a lower price to those interested in the item, which I did. The message went to 12 people who had been watching it. I then got an automated email from Ebay saying my listing was in breach of their selling policy for "offering to buy or sell outside of Ebay". I did NOT do this! But now I can't get the listing up at all, even when I ended it and made a completely new one. I keep getting the same email preventing the listing from appearing. I can't see how to contact Ebay to get this issue resolved.
Any suggestions?
