I am literally losing the will to live. I have spent hours (and I mean HOURS) trying to find an offer I sent to a buyer. Unfortunately, for some reason, he couldn't accept the offer and was worried someone else was going to swoop in so bought the item at the full price. I now have to send him a revised invoice with the old offer and I can't remember what that was! I have looked everywhere - it is not in my 'bids/offers' section. It is not my messages section.
Why do Ebay make it impossible to speak to a human being? The 'customer support' automated section is rubbish. I have been a member since 2004 but I can honestly say I am going to stop using them after this.
Any help would be much appreciated before I shoot myself in the face. Thank you!

Please don't shoot yourself in the face, lol. I don't know where else you can look but you can contact ebay using callback on here:

Simple answer is buyer to pay in full and you make a partial refund.

Thank you for your response @peaseblossom I have managed to speak to a human being!!!!! Apparently any offers you have sent to potential buyers will be removed if someone buys the item at the full asking price. I find that very odd - surely Ebay should have a system where they have a record of ALL past offers?! Anyway nightmare over they checked the sellers messages and found the original offer on there.
Thank you again!

Glad that's sorted. 🙂
