buyer has used my new item several times now he is saying its faulty!
I have put this in advert that this item isnt retunable.
Buyer left positive feedback and he said its amazing and they love it
now they are asking fot full refund even though i have spnd £15.00 for dlivery as he wanted it for next day!
Now any help or advice would be great guys ? Thanks ever so much
is ebay responsible for this stuation ?

No, Ebay are not responsible.
Did the buyer get the item less than 30 days ago?
Have they opened a return through Ebay or just messaged you?
If the buyer opens a case and says the item is faulty, you will have to provide a return label and refund the buyer when they return the item.

If the buyer is within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery they can open a case , as it's all automated you' have to accept and refund.
There is an appeal process, if you think the refund was unjust.

If this time has lapsed they cannot claim through eBay, but could go to their payment provider, to try there.
