Buyer fraud

I sold a digital ps5 which was is great condition working. I got a return request from the buyer saying it didn’t work when plugged in and was sent a picture of the ps5 but the disc version which I didn’t not sell to them. I believe that they are trying to take the ps5 I sold to them and give me a faulty one that they had.

You will probably have to accept the return and provide a return label.

However, before you do this, message the buyer and ask them (politely) if they have got you confused with a different seller because the picture they have provided is not the item you sold them.
