Hi, I bought a pickup item and thought she could ship it to me, the price was good. After I paid, she told me she couldn't ship the package to me, claiming she didn't know how. We agreed to cancel the order, but more than 4 days have passed, and she hasn't confirmed it, and I can't contact her. How can I get my money back? Please remember.

If you wait until the day after the expected delivery date you can open a case for item not received and get a refund that way.

Sellers are advised not to ship items listed for collection,  and vice versa.  Ebay's systems are very inflexible.
