Help purchaser in Wales and cannot order my item

Hi can anyone help? I am in the Midlands UK and have a customer trying to purchase multiple items of one of my listings but they are in Pembrokeshire which is also UK but every time they try to buy them it says “unfortunately this seller won’t send this item Pembrokeshire, United Kingdom, you can update your delivery address and try again.” My setting says I post to UK - domestic postage Simple delivery - medium parcel up to 20kgs 61 x46x46cm via Royal Mail  and that size is fine for what they are trying to order?

Obviously something has gone wrong and the Ebay gremlins think Wales is not part of the UK any more!

See if this workaround helps - add the specific buyer to your exemptions list and see if they can then make purchases from you.  They should check that Ebay are not going to add VAT/import taxes if Wales is now overseas!

To exempt particular buyers from your requirements, you can add the username to your Buyer requirements Exemption List.
