Leaving buyer feedback after they bought item knocking they never had the funds ?

I recently experienced a buying bidding for an item, winning the item know they never had the funds to pay and requested that I waited 8 days.  They then channelled the item and I would like to leave feedback ?

Since you can only leave them positive feedback I don't think that's a good idea!

Buyers can't cancel a sale, only the seller can.

As they have not paid, you should use eBay's unpaid item procedure to cancel it: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/payment-policies/unpaid-item-policy?id=4271

This will immediately cancel the sale. Neither party can leave feedback; any already left can be removed. The buyer will receive an unpaid item strike for not paying, which will stay on their account for a year. Two strikes mean that most sellers will automatically block them from bidding.

You appear to have only joined in 2023, the procedure for dealing with non payers has been in place for about 30 years.
