Need help with account issue

It’s actually regarding my nephews eBay account. He set it up a few hours
ago and eBay suspended and informed him via email after about an hour. No
reason provided at all. He cannot log a call back as he can’t login to his
account. The eBay system is not at all helpful. No way of finding out why
or anything. So I thought I would log the call for him. Can you please help
,
Really would appreciate your help here. It’s very frustrating.

What did the email say, exactly?

Has he ever held another eBay account, or does anyone in his household have one that may have been restricted?

eBay CS will not discuss somebody else's account with you.
