Help With Below Seller

Ive asked before but no matter what I seem to do and the very good positive feedback from customers ( Who I would have thought was most important aspect) I keep getting warnings and told my selling account could be affected. What is eBay after? Good customer service does not seem to be enough, is it a way to force me to pay for a business account? What else can I do to help with the seller level as these messages are starting to annoy me.

What exactly do the  messages say? 

Feedback, unless very, very, bad is not generally taken into account in seller performance, so having g good feedback doesn't protect you from seller performance issues.

If you are buying with the purpose of selling you do need to upgrade to a business account, but only you know whether that is what you are doing.
