Help I'm stuck in Automated response and can't find how to speak to an agent

Can anyone help... how do i speak to an agent????  I'm going around and around in circles.  I have been sent the wrong package by Ebay shipping, not the seller they have proof.  For some reason, Ebay have sent me a bag of wires, instead of a dress!  It's almost £200 and because it's saying package has been delivered they are saying I can't get refund!  Is this a scam, I am so so disappointed with this situation and eBay.   Feel really let down and ripped off and no one to speak to as can't get through to an agent and the seller is speaking to me like I'm an idiot.

You will have to open a return case.

This is the correct advice that you were given in reply to your earlier post.

You may need to send what you did receive back to the seller who must refund you.

Then it will be up to them to try and sort it out with the carrier.

Ebay has not sold you anything or sent you anything.  You need to open a return.

ebay actually did send me something and it wasn’t what the seller sent…
thanks for trying to help anyway… it’s an unusual situation and i’ve got an
agent at last and they are resolving, extremely frustrating
