Help: Evri keeps delivering the goods I have bought to the wrong address.

Help, Evri keep delivering the goods I have bought to the wrong address. I have had to track them down myself. I have told Evri and they do nothing. Apparently it is the new Ebay Simple Delivery.....it doesn't deliver and there are only automated responses from Ebay Customer Services and from Evri. I really cannot order goods when the delivery is so poor.

Check that you have the correct delivery Address on record --- Goto > My eBay > Account > Personal  Information > Addresses --- to check that the 5 Address fields shown there are correct, including Postcodes ?.

I have and it is only a problem with some Evri deliverer and not other delivery companies.
