ebay simple delivery

sold item on ebay,      ebay said get postage label simple delivery ,  could not use that simple delivery label as it  would not let me edit it , so posted the item my self to buyer , theres no option now to say item has been dispatched or to add my own postage tracking number  , so the item sold is showing paid for and unsent , any help would be great

See if you can change the tracking number at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.   If not you'll have to generate the original prepaid Simple Delivery label and try again.

Afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

If you can't do the above the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.
