Haven’t recieved item

I’ve purchased an item and been charged for it. The item isn’t coming as it has been sold on Facebook. I’ve spoke to seller. Money has come out off my PayPal

Are you sure it's the same item?  The seller if it's the same seller,  may have 2 identical items.

However,  if a reasonable time passes your item's last estimated date for delivery,  and you do not received the item,  proceed this way:

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

Tell your seller to find the order and refund it. If they don't do this then you may have to wait 7 days (if it's a collection only item with no postage option) and then open an eBay item not received claim.

I would report the seller for :

• They don't intend to complete the sale
