Item not rec'd but ebay have closed down my request for refund.

I ordered an item which after 6 weeks has not arrived. I asked ebay to step in as system wouldn't allow me to contact the seller. He told ebey he'd had the item tracked and it had been delivered to me. There were no tracking details on my order or I could have checked that for myself. Now when I try to contact ebay all I get is that damned chat box.

How do I actually get to speak to an agent or make a complaint against ebay?

You cannot make a complaint against eBay.  Your case was closed because you claimed too late.

On every listing is written eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee,  this means to claim a full refund for item not received,  you need to put in that claim / case within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.

You'll now need to turn to your payment provider for help with your refund.
