Hi - I sold an Android tablet at the beginning of the week. It was factory reset before sending, so my data was wiped and the buyer could then add what they needed. However, the buyer is repeatedly demanding I tell them my email and password as they can't use the tablet otherwise. I told them to try resetting to factory settings themselves, which they claimed they did but then they sent me a screenshot of a reset page from a totally different device, claiming it wasn't working.
I have reported the situation twice to ebay but heard nothing back, and I am getting bombarded with increasingly aggressive messages (around 30 in the past day) by this buyer demanding I hand over my details.
Can someone give advice on what to do from here ?
