I have checked my mailbox, but I have not received my order yet. I am the only one with access to pick up my deliveries, and no one else has collected it. Please help me check with the courier.

Open a not received case to get a refund. Have you never read the ebay 30 day money back guarantee, it is on every listing, right side.
