Got one Item instead of teo

Hi guys,the truth is that am not just happy.I bought an item on Ebay,it was actually a food cooler and I bought two But one was delivered to me today. I tried tracking it to no avail and the response I got was that it's been delivered to me.This is actually a cooler I want to use for my child's christine and if I didn't get it delivered soon to me,I will ask for refund of the one that was sent to me and will later delete ebay's app off my system. I hate stress and any help will be useful please.Here is the items number-H01KPA0002167165

Are you still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery,  then you need to be careful to open the correct case.

If this was one order and you only received half the order,  you need to open a case for item not as described,  and select the reason.... Missing Parts or Pieces.

If these were 2 separate orders,  then open a case for item not received.

To open a case,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions open the relevant case.

“it's been delivered to me”

That is because SOMETHING has been delivered, it is just not what you ordered. That is why you need to open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, item missing.

Once opened DO NOT CLOSE on any promises of sending the missing item, only close if you are satisfied and have received what you paid for. Otherwise seller has to supply a reply paid label, and you return what you received for a full refund.
