Earlier this year we sold a car. At that point we only had the buyer's eBay ID. It was then picked up by a car transport service, but the driver had no details of the buyer either.
We now discovered that the car is still listed in our name, although the buyer claims it was scrapped and DVLA informed. We can only have the situation changed with the name and address of the buyer, who so far has ignored my requests.
Is there a way to get those details through eBay?
