the last few days I’ve had a couple people from different countries telling me our GSP says their country is not included. First time I had to use international postage and again this morning a different country had the same issue. I contact eBay this morning and they said it’s a known error in the system and they’re working on it. They added my account the affected list for investigation. I have also asked to log a complaint as we are being financially impacted and I’m not happy that ebay haven’t notified me there is a problem.
If this is happening to you I urge you to speak to eBay and get your account added to the affected list as I’m sure there are far more people affected than they or eBay realise. this is what they said to me ….
