I sent my item first class / sign for = tracking .. Buyer received the item the next day in the afternoon . They signed for the item , left me feedback but on eBay it's still saying that item hasn't been delivered .. funds on hold due to this .. Anyone had this before ? Buyer even tried to click delivered but I won't do anything .. So for 2 weeks funds have been on hold due to not being able to click delivered , what do I do to get my funds released?

Royal Mail tracking is sometimes not in sync with eBay's tracking, and the latter is the most important for releasing a faster payout,  that is,  2 days after the delivery date.

If you have found your tracking has not updated,  therefore holding back your payout,  contact eBay Customer Services, provide the tracking showing delivery, ask if they can kindly release your payout now as 48 hours have passed the delivery date.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Does tracking show delivered on the carrier's website?

If it does but has not updated on Ebay, you can contact Customer Services and ask them to release your funds.

Otherwise, you have to wait 14 complete days from the transaction. So your money should be available to withdraw on day 15.
