Hi, I bought a front bumper for a VW ID3 on 22/06/2024 and paid 450 pounds, I had to pick it up myself, but when I checked it, it didn't fit me, I cancelled it the next day, and I haven't received my money for half a year, so now I don't have 450 pounds and I don't have the front bumper, be careful, ebay has started to work very badly, thanks to everyone

Buyers cannot cancel, they can only request that the seller cancels and if they don't you don't get your money back.

I'm sorry but after 5 months you won't get any help from ebay, you only get 30 days to open a case.

You should contact your payment provider now and see if you can do a charge back.

You have come to:

"Member To Member Support."  We are just other members like you, not part of eBay.

We try to help other members with eBay problems - but as has been said, I'm afraid there is nothing you can do through eBay five months after the sale.

Whether you may have any legal redress we don't know. For £450 it may be worth asking a solicitor. Good luck!
