I would like a vouchers for Ebay and help for allmy missing thing I've had cancer and I hate thing the way going Ebay is mail million pound business I'm on sick and never go out and lv my cars but it killing me and plz can you find it easy helpping me with a voucher for all the mess what happen and I've been poorly and help a man when down thank you

eBay don't issue vouchers to buyers in these circumstances - sellers sometimes run a promotion whereby they discount prices.

You mention something missing - if you purchase an item on eBay you are covered by their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee if your item doesn't arrive, so would need to open an item not received claim in order to get a refund.

It's unlikely that eBay will give you any free vouchers. You could try asking eBay customer support but don't build up any hopes.

The way you get your money back for items that you don't receive is to use eBay's money back guarantee. There  is a link to this in every qualifying listing, or see: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/

It's all very simple and you don't need to negotiate with seller. Just open an "item not as described" case and wait three working days for the seller to respond. After this, the option will appear to escalate the case, if necessary, for eBay to step in to enforce a refund.

A case MUST opened within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. Just read and follow the process - if there's anything you're not sure about people here are always willing to help.

If it's already too late to use eBay's money back guarantee there may be other ways to get a refund, depending upon how you paid. PayPal's buyer protection policy covered non-receipt of items for 180 days. If you paif by credit or debit card, your card issuer may be able to help.
