I wanted to contact Ebay and make a general complaint and I was unable to. I just buy film memorabilia and occasionally sell it in particular lobby counts, UK lobby cards only for the last three months it has become inundated with people selling foreign material and illegal reproduction material that has just spoilt the section Almost to the extent that I practically have given up on it because there’s so much *bleep* there every day and Ebay should take action but I cannot report every single item because there is too much of them and I was wondering if anyone had an address or an email address where I can make an overriding complaint

eBay is just a selling platform and state that sellers are responsible for their listings.
eBay have a 30 day money back guarantee/buyer protection, so anyone who finds themselves with an item that isn't as described or fake can return it (at the sellers expense) and get a full refund.

Reporting them is probably pointless anyway, as eBay does not act on reports of illegal reproduction from ordinary members. They will only remove items from sale when reported by the registered owner of the original. Quote: "Only intellectual property rights owners can report eBay listings that infringe on their copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights".
eBay suggests that "Members who are not the rights owner can still help by getting in touch with the owner and encouraging them to contact us".
For further information see: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/listing-policies/selling-policies/intellectual-property-vero-pr...
eBay doesn't accept emails, doesn't have a complaints procedure and doesn't accept suggestions from members.

A quick 'google' will reveal a UK address for Ebay if you want to write and complain.
