Feedback for buyers is sporadic once sale done

Hi,

I have noticed that feedback does not come up once i have done a sale to a buyer. Is there a reason for this because i am getting less and less feedback?

Why would feedback come up just because you have sold? Only automatic feedback that can be set, is for seller to automatically leave for buyer when they have left feedback for you.

Best to wait for buyer to leave fb then leave for them. There is no obligation for anyone to leave feedback, but if seller leaves for buyer just because they have paid, no incentive for buyer to leave for seller.

No written rule as to who leaves feedback first,  but most  sellers will agree,  to await feedback from a buyer first.

Leave a positive feedback for a buyer first, as no negative can be left,  that buyer can turn into the buyer from hell,  and positive feedback cannot be changed.

End of the day feedback is entirely voluntary,  neither party needs to leave any, and it's true,  that less and less feedback is being left.

Or,  do you mean you cannot see where to leave feedback for a buyer?

On the Seller Hub,  find the item in Orders >>  Posted and Awaiting your feedback, to the right of the item is a pencil icon,  click on that to leave  feedback.

It used to come up but now it doesn`t and out of courtesy that the buyer as paid quickly with a swift transaction i leave them feedback.

You're welcome, and truly I would wait for the buyer to leave some,  then respond as necessary.
