Fake description on tne package

I have ordered and purchased Lipo Flavonoid, supplements. It was clearly described that one package has 100 caplets, and I bought it like that.  When the package came to my place, there were 90 caplets in the package, so It is very unproffesional. This is my first shopping on ebay, anf I don't trust that I am going to continue with ebay. What are my rights? Regards to all.

You need to open a return.

Choose the reason for return 'item did not match description' from the dropdown list.

All the details are in the link below.  Have a read through and then start your return.

Edit

As you are in Serbia and the seller is in the USA, I don't know if they will be able to provide a label for return.

The link I sent is 'UK rules' as you posted in the UK forum.

Re: Fake description on tne package

Your  ' rights' are written on every listing, eBay's 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee.  This describes how you are guaranteed a full refund when receiving and item not as described.

For your item now,  just proceed this way:

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date of delivery,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.

As said,  eBay's MBG is on every listing,  it's on the link below, worth reading to see how you are  protected when buying on eBay.

We made a deal, and seller  paid the difference in packages.

Re: Fake description on tne package

Thanks. We made a deal. Seller paid the difference in price of packages. Money refundation was  fast. It was not a big amount of money, and I don't care about money at all, but it was my first purchase, and I didn't want to start like that.

Re: Fake description on tne package

That sounds like a satisfactory solution.

Do be very careful when you buy any type of supplement on the internet.  I would buy from a reputable retailer rather than from a stranger online.  You may be paying good money for something that is not what it is supposed to be, or even buy and take harmful substances.
