I placed an order as a guest my card was charged and the seller lied about shipping/dispatching order, he doesn’t even have the item with him. I can’t contact eBay or the seller for a refund/cancellation. Hope Mastercard can help me with this

I did that also and my order is not on eBay Canada, my order was charged to
my MasterCard from eBay London GBGB £80.99

Log into your www.ebay.ca account to look for your Guest order confirmation email using this link to find the item and continue from there --- it will not appear on your eBay account purchases >

Yes I did and everything else. I will contact my Mastercard tomorrow for a
reversal/refund

Why didn't you use your Canadian account to purchase the item?

You have done something very unusual which is why we can't help you.  Ebay UK customer services also won't deal with queries from overseas members.
