Every listing has a 'report this item' button, but Ebay are unlikely to act on a single report.

I use both UK and USA ebay... as I have many UK friends! The true owner
of the WereBear artwork that is forged or altered is on the UK ebay, AND
the true owner lives in the UK (Ormskirk). I finally found the
appropriate links to report. Thanks for your reply.
