Evri Damaged items compensation

Hello everyone, 

Evri has damaged about 6 of my products, I have been trying to reach them for compensation and it appears they designed their system to be unreachable. 

I have had to refund buyers and also lost the product. 

Does anyone know how to reach them ?

Hopefully you packed for earthquakes, and the items you sent are not on the Evri prohibited list for any claims.
