Ebay holding onto payments and refunds tracking not working.

Ebay's new payment system is ridiculous, had to return item to seller as damaged and not as described. Was issued return 2nd class postage via Post Office, sent Thursday, tracked on ebay and Post Office website. Gone both today to see if there was any update, nothing on eBay, go to check on Post Office website and there tracker is not working at present. Now concerned especially after reading other members posts, that I will not get a refund. Ebay have completely destroyed selling privately, insisting on paying 2 days after delivery relying on a system for tracking that does not work. Contemplating leaving eBay as a seller and buyer now.

2nd class RM postage takes quite a while these days, so really early to be expecting anything yet,as it can take 5 days!
