Hi I have been a ebay seller for 23 years and today was told I can no longer receive payments or get my sales money paid to me unless I update my account with a photo of my passport or drivers licence. After phoning ebay to explain I have neither of these I was told ok so unless I have one I can no longer receive any payments so I just had to end all my listings after 23 years of selling
If you're unable to verify your identity then there's little more you can do as regards selling on eBay, but I will say that you do need something to prove that you're you, just in case of identity theft.
