Hi, 

my account has been suspended, what steps do i take to get it back. 

everytime i have tried to get back selling i have been rejected ?

Unless you have been informed of any previous selling restrictions,  you may be prevented from listing an item, because you have not fully or correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments.

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Without knowing the reason stated in the message originally to you from eBay it’s difficult to give an accurate answer. What did the original message from eBay state?

eBay would have given a reason at the time,if this was permanent then you will not be allowed to sell on eBay

Looking at your seller feedback it appears claims were made for non delivery and you ignored opened cases leading to eBays continued refusal to allow you to sell again.

Looks like you had a bit of a blip over a year ago, and must've gone below eBay's Seller Performance metrics and ended up with a sanctioned account.

Sounds like it was a permanent restriction if you are unable to get it back, you should've receive a message from eBay when your account was restricted telling you how long it was for.

Look at your seller dashboard, that will show all defects etc. you have received and probably that you are below standard. Once below standard can be difficult to get back again.
