Like many others I'm sure, I'm being told by Ebay that I need to comply with the EU General Product Safety Regulation. I need to have item disclosures, seller disclosures and a take-back policy in place for everything I'm selling by December 13th. I want to start doing this now, so that it's not left to the last minute, but I can find very little information from Ebay itself or on the internet about what you need to write. I don't want to go to all this effort for Ebay to then come back and say that it's not compliant and needs to be done again.
Does anyone know of any resources to use or good examples of all of these policies and information? That would be a start.
