Hello community. I’ve used eBay for over 20 years, never have I had to ask a question on a forum because eBay is impossible to contact directly.
anyway, I’ve ordered a load of items to be delivered to a click & collect location but one of these items although delivered hasn’t been registered on eBay as arrived. So I haven’t received a barcode to scan when I collect the item.
has anyone got a way of contacting eBay rather than the *bleep* assistant chat which is obviously AI on a budget.
